I needed code for a webserver in vb, so developed one after
hunting around for various examples and converting some C# code
to VB.
I have made it available to others, to save you the trouble
of trying to find source code or develop one yourself.
It's a Visual Studio 2003 solution developed as a Windows Service application,
and can very
easily be converted and used as a console or standard windows application.
The source code is fully commented and should be easy to
understand.
